Report on participation in BIO International Convention 2024
The University of Tokyo TLO Inc. participated in the BIO International Convention 2024 held at the San Diego Convention Centre, San Diego, California, from 3-6 June 2024.
This year’s BIO International Convention 2024 had 5,220 companies registered throughout the three days, and we were able to meet with many companies through partnering and introduce the University of Tokyo’s inventions.

Thank you to all the companies we interviewed.
The inventions introduced were as follows. (A partial list is provided.)
・Novel immune checkpoint inhibitors targeting the molecular interaction between VSIG4 and SIGLEC7
・Tetrahydroisoquinoline Alkaloidal Compounds
・Development of a systemic mRNA delivery system for efficient protein production
・VaccineAdjuvant_IgA induction
・The analogue of Yaku’amideB, a potential new anticancer agent
